MBABANE:Percy Simelane,the King’s Spokesperson says,Emabandla(Governing Councils) remain in office pending new appointments by King Mswati.
It was previously reported that the King will appoint emaBandla after Incwala ceremony.
When asked by this Swaziland News on Sunday to clarify if the current members of Governing Councils remain in office pending the appointments, the King’s Spokesperson responded to the affirmative.
“We are not aware of any changes on departures and new arrivals with regards to Emabandla.We will continue await new appointments in particular,”said the King’s Spokesperson.
