“You will receive your salary increment this year”, Prime Minister Russell Dlamini assures aggrieved junior police officers.

MATSAPHA:Prime Minister Russell Mmiso has assured junior police officers that they will receive their salary increment this year.

The PM was speaking when officially opening the annual conference for senior police officers in an event that was held at the Matsapha Police Academy on Thursday, he said “Government will ensure that the second phase of the restructuring within the police service is implemented”.

Junior police officers protested in 2022,demanding a salary increment and/or the implementation of Phase two(II), a restructuring process that was expected to award them a backdated increment.
