MBABANE:Industrial Court Judge Manene Tfwala has set aside and declared unlawful the decision of the Teaching Service Commission(TSC),to dismiss Mbongwa Dlamini,the President of the Swaziland National Association of Teachers(SNAT).
The judgement was delivered at the Industrial Court in Mbabane on Thursday,Dlamini is expected to be escorted back to class by the SNAT National Executive Commitee(NEC) on Friday.
