MBABANE: “Don’t worry about Zwemart,he is useless and the Board Chairman won’t even question you about that article”.
These were the sentiments of Motor Vehicle Accident(MVA) Fund Head of Corporate Services Sam Mzileni,he was addressing Chief Executive Officer(CEO) David Myeni during an urgent Management meeting held at MVA Headquarters on Monday morning.
The meeting that was also attended by senior Managers,was meant to question and warn some employees against leaking information to editor Zweli Martin Dlamini.
This comes after this Swaziland News published an article where Chief Executive Officer(CEO) David Myeni was accused of secretly paying over five hundred thousand Rands(R500,000.00) to male staff, female employees were told to collect their uniform from a company known as Image Makers.
But the decision created tension and divided the staff as female employees demanded the money as well and felt discriminated.
“Don’t worry CEO, Zwemart is useless,nothing will happen to you. Even the Board Chairman won’t question you about that article. Zwemart once wrote an article about me but nothing happened”, said the MVA Corporate Services Executive.
