MBABANE: The International Court of Justice(ICJ) has ordered Israel to stop military attacks in Rafah, in the Southern Gaza, Aljazeera reported on Friday afternoon.

This comes after South Africa took Israel to the ICJ once again,seeking an order stopping military attacks in Rafah,where hundreds of thousands of civilians are sheltering.

“Israel must immediately halt its military offensive and any other action in the Rafah Governorate which may inflict on the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that could bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part”said Nawaf Salam,the International Court of Justice’s (ICJ’s) President.
