Lugongolweni MP Joseph Souza urges MPs to put pressure on Health Minister until drugs are delivered all public hospitals,says emaSwati pay tax.

LOBAMBA:Joseph Souza,the Lugongolweni Member of Parliament(MP) has urged MPs not to adopt the report presented by the Minister of Health Mduduzi Matsebula until Government supplies drugs in all public hospitals in the country.

This comes after the Minister told Parliament on Monday that,the Ministry has purchased 40% of the drugs and that the health crisis was being gradually addressed.

But the Lugongolweni MP did not take kindly to the Minister’s statement,urging the entire House to put pressure until drugs are supplied.

“We are here in this House representing emaSwati who pay tax and we want drugs in hospitals.How can you visit a hospital and be told that you will only be assist with 40% while you are sick and in pain.Ungatsi ulashiwe yini atsi Dokotela ngikula-phalaphile nje about 40%?”, said the MP.
