MBABANE:Sivikelwe Mjongile,the granddaughter of Prince Guduza has alleged that,King Mswati took advantage of her while she was only seventeen(17) years and had sex with her as she was desparate to secure a scholarship.

Sivikelwe Mjongile who was born in 2004,is the daughter of the late African National Congress(ANC) Western Cape Provincial Secretary Songezo ‘Madiba’ Mjongile and Princess Nolwandle Dlamini,the daughter of Prince Guduza who is the current Chairman of the Eswatini Minerals Board.

It is alleged that,in 2022,Sivikelwe Mjongile first approached Mswati’s Protocol Officer Prince Baya and asked him to introduce her to the King whom she knew as a brother to her grandfather Prince Guduza,the first meeting was held at Ludzidzini Palace.

But instead of offering the scholarship as requested,the King allegedly had sex with Sivikelwe and after finishing the sexual encounter, presented her with one hundred thousand Rands(R100,000.00) cash and subsequently kept her as his Liphovela.

In siSwati “Liphovela” is a girlfriend to the King who might become the Monarch’s next wife.

This investigative journalist is in possession of private pictures including where the cash allegedly presented by the King was placed on top of sheets inside the room where the eSwatini King allegedly had sex with the granddaughter of his brother.

But some of the private pictures cannot be released to the public,they were provided to this journalist by a source with trust as a back-up evidence to substantiate the story.

Reached for comments on Monday evening,Sivikelwe Mjongile confirmed that,her family was arranging with the King to have her married by the Monarch as the next wife.

But Sivikelwe Mjongile said her intention was not to marry the King but,to ask for scholarship from a relative King Mswati who is a brother to his grandfather Prince Guduza.

As a result,Sivikelwe said,she ran away to her boyfriend in South Africa who is born from the Ndebele Monarchy.

“All I can confirm is that I tried on multiple occasions to separate myself from the arrangements that were being made on my behalf by my family,I succeeded in the end by running away to South Africa where I met Ndebele royal who is now my fiancé”, she said.

Worth-noting,Sivikelwe Mjongile is now pregnant and a close source told this publication that,King Mswati is not the father as Mjongile “is now happy with her Ndebele royal boyfriend”.

The source said,Sivikelwe had no intentions of marrying the King but was young and only in need of scholarship,however,she was taken advantage-of.

“She was young with no intentions of being with him in the first place,she wanted a scholarship.You can talk to her,she is expecting your call and maybe, depending on your discussions,she will confirm other things”,said the source who connected this journalist with the alleged former King’s Liphovela.

In one of the pictures,Prince Guduza is seen with his granddaughter Sivikelwe Mjongile at Ludzidzini Palace during the recent Umhlanga ceremony,Sivikelwe was wearing ema-gwalagwala and other pictures show her dancing at the front with members of the royal family like other previous emaPhovela.

Responding to this Swaziland News on the subject matter,King Mswati’s Spokesperson Percy Simelane said,he was only responsible for the King’s public face not private dealings hence he wouldn’t know who the Monarch had crossed path with,away from the public eye.

“It is the public face of the King that is our area of interest and not his private dealings. We would therefore not know who he crosses paths with away from the public eye”, said the King’s Spokesperson.

It has been disclosed that,while being kept as Liphovela,Sivikelwe Mjongile was aware of Nomcebo Zuma(21), the current King’s Liphovela who will soon become Mswati’s 16th wife.

But the close source told this journalist that,Nomcebo was supposed to be married by one of Mswati’s sons however,the King subsequently changed his mind and developed interest in having the daughter of former South African President Jacob Zuma as his next wife.

“The problem started after Sivikelwe left the room where she was kept and fled to her boyfriend in South Africa,the King was very angry and he then replaced her with Nomcebo Zuma as Liphovela”, said the source.

King Mswati an absolute Monarch and polygamist with over fifteen(15) wives, is highly expected to marry Nomcebo Zuma,the daughter of former South African President Jacob Zuma.
