KIGALI:Wavel Ramkalawan,the President of the Republic of Seychelles was among Heads of State who expressed excitement to meet King Mswati.
This was during the inauguration of Rwandan President-elect Paul Kagame on Sunday, the King was accompanied by Inkhosikati Siphelele LaMashwama.
