KIGALI:Paul Kagame, the re-elected President of Rwanda has thanked King Mswati for gracing his inauguration.
The King formally met Kagame on Tuesday to discuss possible ways of strengthening the cooperation between the two(2) countries.
“Your visit here is evidence that we are good friends. We would like to see this friendship go further. We also wish to strengthen the bonds of cooperation and ties to fulfill the purpose of the agreements that exist between the two countries”, said Rwandan President as quoted by Government online platforms.
On another note,King Mswati urged the Rwandan President to cooperate with eSwatini in promoting trade and investment particularly in the tourism industry.
“In looking forward to the future, let us enhance our bilateral relations and cooperation in different areas, such as in the agricultural sector, where your country is well advanced. Our country could benefit from learning your best practices and technology to improve productivity.Our visit here aims to improve business opportunities for our countries and people. We urge our entrepreneurs to take advantage of the investment opportunities that will be available”,said the King.
