KWAZULU-NATAL: Vumile Dlamini, the removed Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Royal Science and Technology Park(RSTP) who allegedly locked himself inside his father Prince Vovovo’s Lilawu at Lozitha last week has travelled to meet King MisuZulu.
The Zulu King is the son of late Zulu Queen Princess Mantfombi,a sister to the removed CEO and, it is not clear if Dlamini is continuing with his lobbying to get his job back after being removed by Information Minister Savannah Maziya.
Dlamini was seen next to the Zulu King on Sunday at Nongoma Royal Palace, he declined to comment about the scandal that erupted within the State owned entity resulting to his removal.
It is alleged that, Dlamini recently approached Liqoqo-the King’s Advisory Council to try and intimidate the Information who removed him amid the widely reported over R100million fraud and corruption scandal.
The Information, Communication and Technology(ICT) Minister allegedly refused to appear before King’s Advisory Council and went on to remove the Chief Executive Officer(CEO).
