MBABANE:Ubombo Sugar Limited will,from September 2024, stop remitting subscriptions on behalf of employees amid alleged infighting within the Swaziland Agricultural and Plantations Workers Union(SAPWU).
This comes after the court ruled last week that,the matter where the union was challenging the company, be removed from the court roll pending a common consensus on the legitimate leadership of the union.
“The matter is removed from the court and will not be reinstated until there is common consensus on the legitimate leadership of the applicant”, reads the court order signed last week.
