In the bank instruction statement you published, there is a lady called Nontsetselelo Msibi who is wife to Fincorp CEO Dumisani Msibi. She was hired at RSTP after having been unemployed for years due a fraud and embezzlement case with her former employer, an architectural firm which I won’t mention here. The architectural firm had fired her because of money that she stole and then Vumile Dlamini decided to hire her as far back as 2015 or so.

You see, from that alone you can see that he had the zeal for theft and embezzlement since he hired a Finance Manager who had a history of stealing. 

To make matters worse the Msibi lady does not have the necessary qualifications to be head of finance as per the Public Enterprise Unit Act. Therefore making the situation worse.

This is then how he managed to embezzle millions of emalangeni in taxpayers money for himself, Kareem Ashraf and those close to him.

Minister Maziya was hired because the former Minister mentioned all of this to her father who did not take action but what she did manage to do is get the former PS of ICT Max Masuku demoted to help curb this train of corruption. His Majesty then learnt from various other sources such as Khandlela and Sigodvo as to how bad the situation was at RSTP as a result Savannah was hired. 

Continue exposing the rot at RSTP during Vumile Dlamini’s tenure and this in turn will help the Eswatini Nation to realize just how much money is being embezzled from the taxpayer pursue. 

I can safely say, the social contract of Eswatini is at a state of disarray because of Kareem Ashraf, and now we can tell that it is worse because he paid for Russel to be Prime Minister whom I hear said his goodbyes from NDMA a week before the announcement of PM last year which goes to show how bad the situation is.
