MBABANE:Alpheous Nxumalo, the Government Spokesperson was peacefully interacting with leaders of political parties on Sunday at the Ambassadors Ministries Church in Mbabane.
This was during a Special Service in remembrance of the late Ukhozi FM Presenter Zanele Mbokazi, the wife of Bishop Mpendulo Nkambule and, the event saw Government officials, political activists and members of the royal family coming together in church to celebrate the life of Mbokazi.
Speaking during the church service, the Government Spokesperson said he was happy to see the wife of the late President of the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) Mario Masuku, Sibongile Mazibuko, the President of the Ngwane National Liberatory Congress(NNLC), Wandile Dludlu from PUDEMO and others. He said he worked with some of these leaders while active in the struggle to shape the country for a better life for all emaSwati.
Nxumalo said he knew Bishop Mpendulo Nkambule for the past years and expressed condolences for the loss of his wife.
“I was in Uganda when this happened and I could have attended the funeral, Make Zanele Mbokazi was so special to us”, said the Government Spokesperson who attended the church service in his personal capacity as Reverend or Pastor.
