MBABANE:Prince Sicalo, the Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Defense and State Security was seen bursting into laughter while Nation Magazine editor Bheki Makhubu asked Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini “who the hell do you you think you are?”.
The PS was among Cabinet Ministers and other Principal Secretaries who were present during the Breakfast Meeting with Editors on Friday.
Unlike the PM who was visibly angry, the Prince was seen smiling and laughing as if he was enjoying the drama or proceedings as the senior editor takes on the Prime Minister.
