MBABANE:Gciniwe Fakudze, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Mbabane Municipality has won against Councillors who were preventing her from commencing her duties.
This comes after the court dismissed an urgent application by the Councillors rejecting and preventing Fakudze from commencing her duties as the new Town Clerk, the judgment was delivered on Monday.
The CEO was announced by Housing and Development Minister Apollo Maphalala after she passed interviews during the recent recruitment, the recruitment was conducted by an independent consultant.
