DRC:Major General Monwabisi Dyakopu, the Head of the Southern African Development Community(SADC) Peace Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC), met with the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations Jean-Pierre Lacroix on Wednesday, to discuss coordination of the peace process in the DRC.
SADC online platforms reported that, the meeting seeks to implement the UN Security Council Resolution 2746 of 2024 that seeks to promote peace in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
