King Mswati’s Spokesperson Percy Simelane confirmed that, the King sent Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini to participate in the United Nations(UN) General Assembly so he can attend the uMhlanga Ceremony, the event will be held at eMbangweni Royal Residence.
