Save the Children Offices being sold for close to R10million, NGO closed amid scarcity of donors.

MBABANE:Save the Children Offices situated in Mbabane next to the Central Bank of Eswatini(CBE), are being sold for close to R10million by RE/MAX.

This comes after this Swaziland News reported that, the Non-Governmental Organization(NGO) was shutting down amid scarcity of donors.

Refiloe Dube-Gama, a Property Sales Agent at RE/MAX confirmed the sale of the property, adding that, as RE/MAX,they were only approached to sell the property and not aware why.

“We are selling the property as per the request from our client and we don’t know why it is being sold.Those interested can contact me on +268 76572977 or the office on +268 7809 0029”, said the Property Sales Agent.

The property is situated at Mbabane Commercial Building next to Central Bank with R9.9million as asking price.

An evaluation was allegedly done this year(2024),it covers 5490sqm with a reception and the main building consists of two(2)offices, two(2) storerooms, filling room kitchenette and two(2) bathrooms.

It also includes a block one(1)kitchenette,toilet and two(2)offices with fourteen(14) parking bays among others.
