MBABANE:King Mswati has filed an application for leave to appeal this week,after losing a defamation case against Swaziland News and editor Zweli Martin Dlamini.
The King wants the matter to be heard by the Supreme Court of Appeal in South Africa and this,comes after the absolute Monarch lost the case at the Mpumalanga High Court.
The King who filed the case through the then Acting Prime Minister Themba Masuku, is represented by Senior Advocate GD Harpur while the Swaziland News and editor Zweli Martin Dlamini are represented by South African Senior Advocate Myron Dewrance.
