SERBIA:His Excellency Alexander Vučić, the President of Serbia hosted an “Army Day” for His Majesty King Mswati on Tuesday afternoon.
The King is in Serbia for a State visit with his new wife,Inkhosikati LaZuma ,the daughter to former South African President Jacob Zuma, Government online platforms reported.
“The army showcased some of its latest technology equipment to the king, demonstrating how Artificial Intelligence has emerged as the preferred weapon. He also had an opportunity to witness several combat drills by army personnel.Meanwhile, the Republic of Serbia has offered Eswatini four areas of support for developing a data centre. These areas include the provision of expertise and engineers, the design of the centre, the hosting (telehousing) of Government data or equipment, and the use of Serbian supercomputer capacities.This was shared when His Majesty the King, accompanied by the Minister of ICT Savannah Maziya, met officials from the Government Kragujevac Data Centre”, reads the report in part.
