MBABANE:An Embassy of a country based in Asia has agreed to assist Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini with a water borehole for his home area LaMgabhi eTiyeni.

The editor said he asked for the borehole from the international partners after remembering that, his home area was struggling with access to clean water.

“I want the borehole to be at a central point in a place known as ka-Dokotela and be accessed by the residents. But uMphakatsi will advise on an alternative place. This project will be handed over to Bucopho via uMphakatsi and Inkhundla so that, all the necessary documentation could be credible. Bucopho will identify water borehole companies and secure three(3) quotations, the Embassy will pay directly to the company”, said the editor.

Dlamini urged residents to come together and create a water scheme so that, the funders could deal with a legitimate structured scheme.

The editor said he was working on a project for the Embassy and they were happy with his services and asked what they can do for his area.

“I asked for the water project that will benefit more residents”, he said.
