MBABANE:Senior Advocate Myron Dewrance, the Chairperson of the General Council of the Bar of South Africa and head of the Swaziland News legal team in the defamation case with King Mswati,has urged more Advocates to assist human rights defenders in eSwatini.
Addressing over fifty(50) senior and junior Advocates during a Special Dinner for former Chief Justice Raymond Zondo,Dewrance urged other Advocates to be advocates for change in the neighboring countries where human rights are violated and, assist those who are being persecuted.
Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini, the President of the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) Mlungisi Makhanya and Treasurer General Velaphi Mamba, were invited to be part of the Guests during the Special Dinner for the former Chief Justice on Friday evening.
