MBABANE:Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini is in Azerbaijan for the World Leaders Climate Action Summit.
As reported by Government online platforms on Tuesday, the PM met United Nations(UN) Secretary General António Guterres, Azerbaijan President Ilham Heydar oglu Aliyev.
