MBABANE:Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini addressed the United Nations(UN) Climate Change Conference in Azerbaijan on Wednesday.

The PM highlighted the country’s climate change mitigation policies and further urged world leaders to work collectively, in combating climate change.
