MBABANE:Mbongwa Dlamini, the President of the Swaziland National Association of Teachers(SNAT) has won a dismissal case against Government.
On Friday, Judge Zonke Magagula dismissed a review application filed by the Teaching Service Commission(TSC),Government had filed the review after Industrial Court Judge Menene Tfwala ruled that, the dismissal imposed without any disciplinary hearing, was unlawful.
