PIGG’S PEAK:Pigg’s Peak Magistrate Siphosini Dlamini has ordered tenant Ntokozo Ngwenya to leave flats belonging to Ludzidzini Council member Hlobsile Ndlovu’s family.
Ngwenya was reported to the Magistrate Court by Qondile Ndlovu and the matter was heard on Thursday, he was accused of picking and eating fallen ovacados within the premises of the landlord.
But it appeared that, the Magistrate was already aware of the matter as he just ordered Ngwenya to leave without affording him an opportunity to be heard.
“I don’t want to waste time on this matter, you must leave the premises at the end of this month”, said the Magistrate.
Qondile Ndlovu, a sister to the Ludzidzini Council member was present in court when the matter was heard.
