MBABANE:Vusumuzi ‘Major V’ Dlamini, an Advisor to His Majesty King Mswati is behaving strange and his condition is allegedly worsening.

Even though Dlamini was a known social media populist before appointment, his latest behavior has started to worry some members of the public.

After announcing that, he will close his church and build houses for commercial renting purposes, Dlamini did another live video this week where he was just laughing ‘non-stop’.
