MBABANE:Civil servants who earn ten thousand Rands(R10,000.00) and above as monthly salaries will receive over one thousand Rands(R1,000.00) as a Christmas gift from Government.
This comes after Government signed a 1% annual salary once-off agreement with trade unions on Wednesday.
This means civil servants who earn R10,000.00 as a gross salary will receive R1200.00 as a Christmas gift while those who earn R15,000.00 will receive R1800.00.
Civil servants who earn R25,000.00 monthly, will receive R3000.00 from Government as a Christmas gift while some who earn up to R50,000.00 will receive up to R5000.00.
