MBABANE:Zitsile Dlamini,the DHL Eswatini Manager has been accused of constructively dismissing all workers who allegedly caught her kissing junior officer Mbongeni Mbuli during a company team party around 23rd April 2022.
Some of the employees who were allegedly ill-treated by the Manager alleged that, their sin was to catch their Manager who “is around forty-five(45) years” kissing Mbuli(35).
“We reported this to the Management that all of us who saw her kissing Mbuli, are being victimized now”,said one of the employees when speaking to editor Zweli Martin Dlamini.
One of the workers literally cried hysterically when speaking to the editor and asked another employee to continue narrating the ill-treatment they are subjected to at work ever since they caught the Manager kissing Mbuli,both Zitsile and Mbuli are allegedly married.
Reached for comments by this Swaziland News, the DHL Manager denied these allegations leveled against her.
“Good day Nkhosi,this is not true”, he said.
Mbongeni Mbuli, a DHL junior employee declined to comment about these allegations.
On another note, Zitsile Dlamini allegedly has a similar history of illtreating workers in her previous employment, she once worked for Standard Bank Eswatini, Building Society Eswatini, Old Mutual before joining DHL.
