REVEALED:Ex-Justice Minister Ndumiso Mamba, Zimbabwean businessman George Manyere and others facing arrest in R340million Ecsponent investments scandal, Anti Corruption allegedly ‘armed’ with warrants of arrest.

MBABANE:Ndumiso Mamba,the former Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister and ex-King’s Financial Advisor might soon be arrested for his alleged role in the widely reported R340million Ecsponent investment fraud and corruption scandal where thousands of emaSwati lost their monies.

But the matter is being handled at the highest level within the Anti Corruption Commission(ACC) and, the documents forming part of the high profile criminal case are kept at the Judges Chambers and accessed by a few.

As a result and due to the sensitivity of the case,the sources who leaked the information warned that, it must not be reported in a manner that might provide an idea where the information was sourced and who leaked it.

Mamba might be arrested together with Zimbabwean businessman George Manyere and others in the high profile criminal case.

The former Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister is alleged to be one of the masterminds in plotting the alleged multimillion fraud that resulted to emaSwati losing their monies, some elderly citizens who invested their pension have died without justice.

Further details of “what is contained in the investigation file within the ACC and the High Court cannot be revealed as that might compromise the criminal case, about ten(10) high profile individuals face arrest” in the matter.

Zimbabwean businessman George Manyere had his name featuring prominently in the various investigation reports subsequent to investigations conducted by other State law enforcement agencies, he is also an alleged mastermind in the multimillion fraud and corruption scandal.

The Anti Corruption Commission allegedly investigated the high profile individuals including Sandile Dlamini, the former Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority(FSRA).

Dlamini was arrested and is out on bail,while other arrests might be effected shortly after the ongoing Incwala ritual ceremony.
