NKWENE:Mkhaya David Dlamini,the Director of Mahhawulane Transport has been arrested for allegedly shooting and killing Bafana Gegedla Dlamini in a dramatic land dispute on New Year’s Eve.
The incident happened at Nkwene Inkhundla,Mehlwabovu at Mahhahhane,the businessman is seen in videos confronting the deceased who was with his sister Thembi Dlamini.
It has been disclosed that, the businessman allegedly defied a court order stopping him from abusing Thembi Dlamini and grabbing her land.
But after shooting Bafana Gegedla Dlamini, the businessman attempted to further shot and kill his sister Thembi Dlamini, full sensitive videos of the alleged shooting and killing have been circulated on Whatsap due to other online platforms regulatory restrictions.
Senior Superintendent Phindile Vilakati, the Police Spokesperson declined to comment about the alleged murder.
Relatives of both the deceased and the businessman told this Swaziland News that,Dlamini surrendered to the police immediately after shooting and killing his brother.
“Bafana Gegedla Dlamini died at Hlathinkhulu Hospital, when we arrived there, there were no drugs and working equipment and maybe, he could have survived”, said the relative when speaking to this Swaziland News.
