MBABANE: Bishop Robert Kasaro, the leader of the powerful and politically connected Jesus Calls Worship Centre(JCWC) cabal and his wife Princess Lindiwe breached the COVID-19 travel regulations and guidelines, they 'secretly' crossed to South Africa for treatment after testing positive to Coronavirus.
An independent investigation uncovered that on or around the 5th January 2021, the powerful Bishop crossed the Ngwenya Border Post at night driven in a Mercedes Benz registered USD 656 CH, he was with his wife Lindiwe Fortunate Dlamini, the Minister of Home Affairs.
Evidence in our possession further suggests that Bishop Robert Kasaro was using passport number 40576198 while his wife Lindiwe Fortunate Dlamini was using diplomatic passport number 20001872, they both left the country at 1950hours.
On or around 30th September 2020,Naledi Pandor, the South African Foreign Affairs Minister subsequent to a State of the Nation address by President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that all persons traveling to South Africa should produce a COVID-19 testing certificate reflecting negative results.
“All International travel is permitted subject to the traveller providing a valid certificate of a negative test which was obtained not more than 72 hours before the date of travel” read the regulations in part by the South African government.
But the same regulations further state that in the event the traveller fails to submit a certificate as proof of a negative test, the traveller will be required to do an antigen test on arrival at his or her own costs and will be quarantined after testing positive to COVID-19.
When reached for comments, Bubssy Mavuso, the JC Spokesperson requested that the privacy of the two public figures referred to as “The First Family” within the JC circles be respected.
“May I kindly request that we respect their privacy. You may contact their family in case you need a comment. Thank you”, he said.
A questionnaire was sent the Home Affairs Minister and husband through the former's mobile phone, however, she had not responded at the time of compiling this report.
Speaking to this Swaziland News on the matter, Mbongwa Dlamini, the President of the Swaziland National Association of Teachers(SNAT) said it was very disappointing that those in power continue to cross the border for medical treatment in South Africa after they destroyed the health system.
“It’s disappointing and we are asking ourselves why the ordinary Swazis are treated locally if those in power don’t trust the health system, it\'s like we are left to die while they seek medical treatment in South Africa. We have relatives and comrades who are sick, some are not even suffering from COVID-19 but they can’t get treatment outside the country because government through the Phalala Fund can’t assist them citing financial constraints”,said the SNAT President.
Bheki Mamba, the President of the Swaziland Democratic Nurses Union(SWADNU) told this Swaziland News in an earlier interview that the health system has collapsed as government was failing to provide working equipment including Personal Protective Clothing(PPEs).
On or around 02 January 2021, the Clinic Group released a statement confirming that they will start rationing oxygen to patients after the country experienced shortage of same.
“Due to the current nationwide shortage of oxygen, we unfortunately have to start rationing hospitalized patients”, read the statement from the Clinic Group.
The collapse of the health system in the country comes after massive looting of taxpayers money by royalty including companies owned by individuals linked to Bishop Kasaro’s powerful and politically connected JC cabal.
Among these companies is Inyatsi Construction owned by Michello Shakantu, the husband of Justice Minister Pholile Dlamini-Shakantu, they are both members of the JC church and the companiy benefitted billions through the manipulation of tenders.
Efforts to reach Pholile Shakantu, the Justice Minister proved unsuccessful, she had not responded to our questionnaire at the time of compiling this report.
Reached for comments on his mobile phone, Michello Shakantu, claimed this journalist called a wrong number, this was after he introduced himself and was preparing to start posing questions.

Bishop Robert Kasaro and his wife Princess Lindiwe who participated in the recent Incwala ritual ceremony that was also attended by hundreds of citizens who are members of the King's regiments cross to South Africa at the time when the country was experiencing a surge in COVID019 cases. On or around the 5th January 2021, Lizzie Nkosi, the Minister of Health confirmed 200 cases of COVID-19, taking the total number of cases to 10338. The Minister further announced 8 new COVID-19 deaths taking the total number of deaths to 252, among the deaths are high profile people.
