Finance Minister Neal Rijikernberg lied as Government suppliers not paid, Slomoes Corporation Director Lucky Dlamini runs to court demanding R5.3million.

MBABANE:Lucky Dlamini, the Director of Slomoes Corporation has filedĀ an urgentĀ court application after the Ministry of Information,Communications and Technology(ICT) refused to pay his company R5.3million in alleged defiance of a court order.

Dlamini whose business is now financially struggling and are unable to pay salaries amid Government delay to pay suppliers, wants Phesheya Dube, the ICT Principal Secretary jailed for allegedly defying a court order directing him to pay Slomoes Corporation, a local company that was awarded a tender to implement the e-Cabinet system.

This disclosure comes a few days after Finance Minister Neal Rijikernberg announced that, Government suppliers were paid after the country received billions from the South African Customs Union(SACU).

Companies owned by emaSwati are financially struggling while some have closed amid delays by Government to pay suppliers.
