MBABANE: Assistant Superintendent Mandla Samkeliso Msweli, a highly respected police officer who was active in community development and encouraging citizens to uphold the law, has died.
Msweli passed away at the Raleigh Fitkin Memorial(RFM) Hospital, he was active in crime prevention programs and was interacting and loved by general members of the public.
