MAPUTO:Eswatini Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini and South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, were among Heads of State and Government who graced the inauguration of newly elected Mozambique President Daniel Chapo.
The event took place at the Independence Square-Maputo on Wednesday.
