MBABANE:Manzini Wanderers whose Patron is Inkhosikati Sibonelo Mngomezulu known as LaMbikiza has approached the court, seeking to stop King Mswati’s football tournament.
Ingwenyama Cup is funded by the Sincemphetelo Motor Vehicle Accident Fund(SMAF), the tournament was established by the late businessman and Premier League of Eswatini(PLE) Chairman Victor Gamedze who approached the King to be the Patron while SMAF came-in as a sponsor.
Manzini Wanderers has been fighting through the courts to ‘disrupt’ the football calendar after being relegated.
It remains unclear if the King’s wife is behind the decision to approach the court in an attempt to stop the King’s football tournament.
