MBABANE:Morten Nielsen, the Denmark based Global Aktion Campaign leader says, the consistent attacks and/or burning of their Offices will not discourage the human rights organization from advocating for an independent Western Sahara on behalf it’s people.

Speaking to this Swaziland News on Thursday evening, the human rights defender confirmed that, preliminary investigations linked the burning of the organization’s Offices to their human rights advocacy work in the occupied Western Sahara particularly, the calls for the independence of the north-western African country.

Nielsen said, such political attacks are rare in Denmark while confirming the arrest of two(2) suspects.

“Two(2) members of a criminal gang have been arrested. It is not yet clear who paid the two young men. Arson can result in life imprisonment in Denmark,” he said in a message sent to Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini.

The Global Aktion Campaign leader thanked other human rights organizations around the world for expressing messages of solidarity to the Denmark Non Governmental Organization(NGO).
