MBABANE:Paul Kagame, the Rwandan President says he fully supports some of United States President Donald Trump’s way of doing things including halting donor funding to African countries.
Speaking to the Cable News Network(CNN) this week, the Rwandan President said, African Heads of State are living a lavish lifestyle at the expense of the citizens.
“President Trump seems to have unconventional ways of doing things,I completely agree with him on many things”, he said.
The Rwandan President said in as much as Rwanda “is a beneficiary of foreign aid, he does not believe that countries must survive through foreign aid”.
