I am the Managing editor of an independent and globally recognized online publication that started as an idea about ten(10) years ago but, it’s easy to hear or find a ‘fool’ holding a position of authority within the Tinkhundla undemocratic system saying “we will apprehend and deal with Zwemart”.

Indeed,if you can place that ‘fool’ in my situation just for a week, that individual cannot survive the political persecution I’m currently facing because ‘fools’ with political power, by their nature, mistake themselves as intelligent.

Government Spokesperson Alpheous Nxumalo was dismissed as the Managing Director of the Swazi Observer and a few months later, he was frustrated, calling public figures including myself, begging for handouts or food “so he can survive”.

But it’s easy to find Nxumalo today speaking as if, he is the most intelligent,I am one person who is never intimidated by an individual who I know can never survive a week if he were to be placed in my unfortunate situation.

In this country, companies owned by emaSwati are closing down because of alleged corrupt ‘fools’ holding positions of significant trust in Government, these individuals are allegedly demanding ten-percent(10%) before processing payments for Government suppliers failing which, they frustrate the payment process.

It’s a culture of corruption with impunity, where emaSwati who used their brains to establish companies so they can earn a living and create jobs for others, are now held hostage by a group of alleged corrupt fools in the corridors of power and/or the civil service.

It’s now becoming normal in eSwatini to find Government owing suppliers millions for more than two(2) years, some eSwatini businesspeople are financially struggling as these corrupt fools refuse to process payments for Government suppliers.

As a result, a Government Purchase Order no-longer holds any value with the local banks but regarded as a financial risk, banks cannot easily finance the provision of services to a Government that takes years to process payments for suppliers.

Well, we can blame King Mswati for some of the socio-economic challenges in this country but it’s clear that, Tinkhundla is a system of corrupt individuals who believe in abusing power or authority to destroy others.

EmaSwati who own businesses are literally struggling, some ‘committed a crime’ perhaps unaware, by doing business with Government.

It is worth mentioning that, as these indigenous businesspeople hustle, they never knew that, a bunch of alleged corrupt fools holding powerful positions are sitting comfortably in Government air-conditioned offices, patiently waiting to consume and live extravagant lifestyles with the 10% of their hard work for doing absolutely nothing.

Recently, we saw Government Spokesperson Alpheous Nxumalo speaking about the closed Luke Commission, what does a person who can’t survive outside a salary or the position he currently holds, knows about the operations of such a giant health organization?.

Nxumalo is fully aware why Government is frustrating the Luke Commission and the ultimate intention, it’s just that he thinks our thinking capacity cannot go beyond his glass of wine.

Tinkhundla is a system dominated by fools holding powerful positions, some have literally no intellectual capacity to turn an idea into a revenue generating project, all they have is the energy to destroy those who try to survive, improve the economy and create jobs for others.

Unfortunately under this political system, fools are elevated into positions of significant trust and influence,to rule over the wise and intelligent.

It’s a culture that was created by King Mswati who opted to be surrounded by fools, this country will never develop with fools holding positions of authority.

In conclusion, let me warn the bunch of alleged corrupt fools in the corridors of power to refrain from destroying this country by frustrating businesses owned by emaSwati, as indigenous companies shut down, more citizens are losing jobs.
