MBABANE:Eswatini Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala, the Chairperson of the Southern and Eastern Africa Chief Justices' Forum is in Rwanda for the Annual Judicial Conference.

The Conference is held under the theme "Justice, Ethics and Enforcement of Decisions”.
