MANZINI:Superintendent Thabo Hlophe led a battalion of armed police officers who invaded the Swaziland National Association of Teachers(SNAT) Offices on Saturday morning, to stop a strategic meeting for eSwatini’s main and largest political party, the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO).
The political organization had organized the meeting to plan activities for the year amid ongoing efforts to liberate the country.
Eswatini is ruled by King Mswati as an absolute Monarch, political parties are banned while human rights defenders and political activists are arrested, tortured or even killed for demanding democracy.
