MBABANE:Sipho Tsabedze, the former Principal Secretary(PS) in the Ministry of Public Service who allegedly forged his birth certificate to avoid retirement, has abandoned his court application against Government.
Tsabedze filed an Industrial Court of Appeal application challenging an Industrial Court judgment in favour of the Civil Service Commission(CSC) that sent him home.
Now, the withdrawal of the application means Tsabedze who exposed by this Swaziland News for allegedly forging a birth certificate, has finally accepted his retirement from public service.
