SITEKI:King Mswati graced the Good Shepherd Catholic College Graduation Ceremony held in Siteki on Wednesday.
The King went on to officially open the Good Shepherd Hospital Ivulamehlo yemaSwati Eye Clinic, Government online platforms reported.
“During the same event, the King also inaugurated the Good Shepherd Outpatient Department, a E17 million project funded through a partnership between the Eswatini Government (E15 million), the Papal Office of the Vatican (E1.6 million), and AG Thomas (E200 000).His Majesty further conferred qualifications on Good Shepherd Catholic College of Health Sciences graduates, commending the college for successfully overcoming severe financial challenges and urgedling other institutions to draw inspiration from its turnaround. The King also assured the college that Government would consider its request to transition into a University,” reads the Government online report.
