MBABANE:Michello Shakantu,the Executive Chairman of Inyatsi Group of Companies has taken over the new owner of the Times of Eswatini.

The sale of the Times was exclusively reported by this Swaziland News a few months ago however, both the buyer and the seller were still negotiating and,the deal has been concluded.

“As you were the one who first reported the story, I’ve been mandated by the Management to formally inform you that the Times of Eswatini is now officially under the Inyatsi Group of Companies.You can inform the Nation that, the deal has been concluded”, said a senior member of the Inyatsi Group of Companies.

Paul Loffler, the former Times Managing Director previously told this publication that, he was ready to sell the newspaper to “anyone who will come with a convincing offer”.
