MBABANE:A warrant of arrest has been issued against SwaziMed Chief Executive Officer(CEO) Peter ‘Samora’ Simelane after Judge Titus Mlangeni found that, there are reasons to pursue contempt of court charges.
This comes after Business Eswatini ran to court, accusing Simelane of defying a court order issued by Judge Ticheme Dlamini stopping the Annual Shareholders Meeting.
Simelane is also accused of terminating a Medical Aid for one hundred and sixty-five(165) Eswatini Bank employees despite a court order stopping him from doing so.
