BIG-BEND:Sicelo Ngcamphalala, a Crooks Plantation employee and branch leader of the Swaziland Agricultural Plantation Workers Union(SAPWU), has been charged for allegedly labelling another employee Senzo Mbhamali “a spy” for the Management.
“You told Senzo Mbhamali that he is a spy to Management”, reads the charge sheet in part, prepared by the very same complainant.
Efforts to reach the Management for a comment proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.
Reached for comments by this Swaziland News,Sanele Sihlongonyane, the SAPWU Branch Chairperson confirmed the matter adding that, ever since he became a union leader, it’s the first time to see an employee charged with such an offense.
“It’s the first time to see an employee charged for allegedly labelling another employee a spy. If you can analyze the charge sheet, Ngcamphalala is being charged by the very same employee. This means Mbhamali went to the Management to collect the charge sheet and charged Ngcamphalala,” he said.
