MBABANE:Peter ‘Samora’ Simelane, the Eswatini Med Chief Executive Officer(CEO) is vigorously opposing his suspension by the Interim Governing Board led by Bheki Maziya.
The Interim Governing Board took Simelane to court this week, accusing him of defying his suspension terms and misusing the Fund’s assets, the CEO was suspended pending investigations amid allegations of corruption within the country’s largest medical scheme.
But Simelane wants the Interim Governing Board to convince the court that, it was legally constituted and, with all the powers to suspend him.
