MBABANE:Mfankhona Nkambule, the Times Sunday journalist and aspiring Government Spokesperson has warned orphans and vulnerable children at LaMgabhi(eTiyeni) Primary School not to accept the fifty-thousand Rands(R50,000.00) donation from Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini as he was declared a terrorist by Government.
This comes after the editor announced the donation as part of his forty-second(42nd birthday), Dlamini said the money will buy school shoes for orphans and vulnerable children in his home area.
But Nkambule is among journalists and senior captured editors vying for the vacant Government Spokesperson position, he pledged to take-on ‘Zwemart’ if given a contract, labelling Dlamini a terrorist when commenting in the Eswatini Journalist Whatsap Group.
On another note, Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini assured the orphans, vulnerable children and teachers at LaMgabhi Primary School that, the donation won’t be stopped by the Tinkhundla loyalists seeking relevance.
The editor said “he wants the children to receive the shoes shortly after the opening of schools next term adding that, Nkambule or anyone who might wish to stop the donation must pay the R50,000.00.
“The only way to stop this donation from a ‘terrorist’ is to pay the money from your pocket and then say, “don’t accept money from a terrorist, here is the R50,000.00 go and buy the shoes. You don’t just tell people who are in need of urgent help not to accept a donation from a person you hate without providing a solution to their plight,” said the editor.
Two hundred(200) orphans and vulnerable children at LaMgabhi Primary School are highly expected to benefit from the Swaziland News editor’s donation.
