NYAKATFO: Inkhosikati Thulile Dlamini left her husband Mafindi Elliot Khumalo and ran to Nyakatfo uMphakatsi to mourn(kuzilela) her other husband, the late Chief Jubiphathi Magagula.
Speaking to this Swaziland News on Friday afternoon, Khumalo said his wife disappeared and, he was later told that she had joined other eMakhosikati to the late Chief in mourning.
“She disappeared saying she was attending a funeral kushonwe ka-Antie wakhe.I was later informed that she was actually at Nyakatfo uMphakatsi mourning as one of the late Chief Jubiphathi’s wives”, he said when speaking to editor Zweli Martin Dlamini.
Efforts to seek a comment from Inkhosikati Thulile Dlamini proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.
But this publication managed to get her picture while she was inside the uMphakatsi premises on Friday afternoon, allegedly mourning the death of her other husband, Chief Jubiphathi Magagula.
In eSwatini culture and custom, a wife who left her husband “while the marriage still exists” to marry another man, is legally married to the first man and could come back to mourn his death.
