MBABANE: Businessmen Mandla Dlamini, the National Chairperson of the eSwatini Local Kombis Association and Bambumuti Sithole, the Chairman of Interstate died of COVID-19 within 24hours.
Businessman and former Ludzeludze Member of Parliament(MP)Bambumuti Sithole, the Chairman of Interstate, an association of cross-border public transports died on Tuesday while Mandla Dlamini, the National Chairman of the Local Kombis Association died on Wednesday around 6pm.
Reached for comments, Sabelo Dlamini, the Branch Secretary General of the Local Kombis confirmed the death of the National Chairman, however, he referred comments to Ambrose Dlamini, National Secretary General of the Association.
“Please contact Ambrose Dlamini, the National Secretary General for the Local Kombis, he is the one tasked to address the media” he said.
Efforts to reach Ambrose Dlamini, the National Secretary General of the eSwatini Local Kombis Association proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.
